After visiting Hao Lo prison we went for a set lunch at a restaurant called Seasons of Hanoi. Food was good and I enjoyed the fried banana the most.
After lunch we went to an ancient Chinese house situated in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. I absolutely loved the carved doors and heavy wooden antique furniture. Above the main bedroom beautifully carved bed are statues of the 3 Gods symbolising Health, Wealth and Happiness.
We walked around the Old quarter and popped in at Giang Cafe to have a traditional egg coffee. I was a bit skeptical but was pleasantly surprised, as it is quite delicious!
In every city I travel to I try to play an escape game and we went to Trap escape game in Hanoi. It was a fun way to end our afternoon.
We walked around some more and went to do a bit of last minute shopping. For dinner we had Vietnamese Spring rolls which are served cold and Pho (Vietnamese noodle soup).
